Completely private with a lovely garden to sit outside and enjoy with a view of the lovely Clutha River meandering past at the end of the private driveway. The space The space has a bedroom with a queen and single beds, there is a toilet attached. A separate lounge area with a television and a sofa which can be pulled out to a Queen size bed for that extra person if required. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster etc for heating food and making that nice hot coffee or tea. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom upstairs. The laundry is available for use which also has a dryer. A fridge is available in the garage which is next door and guests are welcome to make use of this. Free Wifi available.
