Welcome to our comfortable 3 bedroom home in Knebworth village. just a 5 minute walk to the train station with access to London and Cambridge. The place can sleep up to 5 people, it’s most suitable for 3 adults and 2 kids or up to 4 adults. There is one bathroom and one toilet, which is upstairs. Local shops, cafes, restaurants and a friendly pub called The Station nearby. Knebworth park, House and its beautiful grounds are a short 5-minute drive away. Great countryside walks are close by. The space Small entrance hall with space for coats and shoes. There is a comfortable living room with two recliner sofas, smart TV with VirginTV included. Well equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. Garden with patio space and outside small table and chairs. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one master with a double bed, a good size bedroom , with built in wardrobe and dressing table. Second Bedroom with a small double bed, this is a small double room with a hanging rail and bedside cabinet . Third bedroom, a small single room with a single bed , a storage cupboard and chest of drawers. There is only one Bathroom in the house with a lavatory, sink, shower and a bath. Guest access Entire property is available. Other things to note The house is in a lovely quiet cul de sac. We have a parking space on the drive in front of the house for one van or a car. We cannot park on the pavement or kerbs. There is parking available further down the street and in other roads nearby if needed.
