My place is a rustic modern apartment located downtown Mayagüez. There's a pharmacy right at the corner and a supermarket on the other; gas stations, small shops and bars at walking distance. It has its own private parking that fits about 5-8 cars. It is very open, modern, with a lot of natural light. It has A/C in all rooms. Please read entire listing and rules. The space null. Guest access Guests can access and enjoy every space available in the apartment, except for the storage area which is located under the stairs to the bedrooms and through the laundry door. Other things to note Please read entire listing. -The apartment is located downtown, so there is potential for noise. The ceilings are metal so, you will hear the rain except on the actual bedrooms. - Stairs: Bedrooms are located in the second floor of the apartment, while bathroom is located on the 1st floor. Apartment entrance is on a 2nd floor. Please note that in Puerto Rico it's normal to loose water and/or electricity services from time to time. Unfortunately we cannot control it, so we never know when it will occur and cannot be responsible. We leave extra water for emergencies.
