Guest access Designated area(s) will depend on event and number of guests. Events are allowed up to a max of 85 guests. For 49 up to 85 guests an additional $500 flat fee will be charged as additional services beyond the basic reservation rate. All guests must depart the property NLT 2:00am. After 2:00 am, there will be an additional fee of $100 per hour. Designated open backyard area set-up with have outdoor porta-potty only. Indoor bathroom access during the event can be available for Deck or Patio areas only. $150 additional fee. If indoor access is included in your booking, all house rules for Serenity Near The City will be applicable with additional fees to be paid as additional services.
