It is located 5 minutes from Daehwa Station, Kintex, and 1 minute from Baek Hospital, and you can walk to Goyang Sports Complex, Hyundai Department Store, Lotte Mart, One Mount, Ilsan Lake Park, and various restaurants nearby, and GTX Kintex Station. The space It is a neatly remodeled space so that you can use it comfortably. We decorated the spacious room, living area, and bathroom with all our heart. It is an optimized space for business trips to Kintex and treatment at Baek Hospital, and is also well-equipped with amenities such as restaurants and cafes. Free parking is available for 1 car in the building, but it is flexible. Veranda-10kg Tongdoli Smart Washing Machine, Separate Collection Bin, etc. Other things to note * Please take off your shoes and enter. * Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigarettes) - Please smoke outside the 1st floor, and a separate cleaning fee (200,000 KRW) will be charged if there is evidence of indoor smoking.(Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms are installed in each room in the house, which may trigger an alarm if you smoke.) * Please do not throw away food waste in the drain and toilet. * Garbage disposal and tidying are done by the host.
