Only 35 minutes past the Mackinaw Bridge! - Centrally located to all of the major hot spots upper Michigan has to offer. Mackinac Island, Pictured Rocks, The Falls, thousands of miles of riding trails, hiking trails and water trails; plus much more! The space Minutes from well groomed ATV/Snowmobile trails as well as a boat launch. (Ride straight from the property) Directly located in Trout lake, year round lake. Enjoy ice fishing, snow shoeing, and snowmobiling! Plenty of parking for trailers/trucks when bringing snowmobiles/ATVS etc. Minutes from town- .I.E. Fuel, dining, groceries, etc. Check out our guidebook that is being updated constantly! 🛏️Bedroom # 1 has a Queen size bed and two dressers. 🛏️Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed 🛏️Bedroom #3 has a full size bed along with the stand up washer/dryer - There is a bunk bed in another area of the home with a twin over a full size mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs plus some. You will find a blender, toaster, electric skillet, air fryer/grill all in one. A keurig that is 2 in 1, your traditional cofffee pot on one side and your K-cup on the other. ⭐️We provide a starter pack of basics for your stay. Below are the items provided in the home. *Toilet Paper *Paper Towel *Dish Soap *Hand Soap *Garbage Bags *Kitchen basics (pots,pans,utensils, dinnerware, cups, mugs, toaster, coffee pot) a limited amount of coffee is provided to get you started. *Towels *Linens *Extra Pillows *Shampoo *Conditioner *Body Wash Guest access You will have access to the entire house and yard, including all the amenities and comfortable living spaces. We want you to feel right at home during your stay. Which is why we encourage you to make use of everything the house has to offer. Other things to note No smoking indoors and no parties. When riding snowmobiles please be respectful to neighbors and private property. No use of fireplace.
