Sully's House

Sully's Home is designed for riders who prefer a more intimate setting like being in your own home. This home is less than a mile from downtown Matewan and minutes to trail heads. Come off the trails and be back in minutes at your home away to fix meals in the fully stocked kitchen, or Blackstone Griddle. Then relax on the front porch, or by the fire pit, or just watch some TV. Max 5 guests, rent Sully's House and both cabins if you need added space. The space Sully's House is a single-story, 2 bedroom (3 beds) home designed to accommodate 5 guests. It offers 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a laundry room, and a living area. We have an easy lower parking area for 2 trucks with trailers and a separate area at the house for your SXS parking. You have a great wrap around porch with a Blackstone Griddle and firepit to use. If you want to run into The Town of Matewan that's no problem, it is only about 3 minutes away (1.5 miles). If you need added lodging for a larger group you can look at both of Sully's cabins and Sully's House. Guest access The entire home is for our guests with the exception of the cleaning closet. Other things to note We have 2 security cameras on site covering the parking areas, you can see a view from the cameras in our photos. We only allow a max of 5 guests at this property. If your group is larger please contact us for approval before booking. The tow vehicle and trailer parking for Sully's House is at the lower parking area along side the drive. SXS only up the hill by the house. The parking with drive area is 20' wide by 85' long. If you need additional parking please reach out ahead of your stay. We have 1 shared parking "flex space" available.
