The Boathouse

Escape to the quaint, coastal village of Mylor Bridge and enjoy a relaxing stay in our unique Creekside Modern Boathouse Apartment with Parking. It is situated at the head of the creek and has direct water access (tidal). Its open plan kitchen, and living area opens out through bifold doors onto the balcony with incredible creek views. The Boathouse is located conveniently in the village (2 min walk to amenities) as well as miles of countryside walks from the doorstep In the other direction. The space The Boathouse is a spacious modern, fresh and unique apartment in a prominent creekside location in the beautiful village of Mylor Bridge. With it’s own driveway and accessed via a private entrance, the Boathouse is located on the first floor and guests will have exclusive occupancy of the entire apartment, comprising one bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The Boathouse is flooded with natural light from the balcony bifold doors and electric Velux windows, making it a delightful space to relax in. The fully equipped kitchen features a double oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a breakfast bar and a separate dining table with chairs, which is located next to a plug socket for guests wishing to use the dining table as a work space. The living area comprises an arrangement of comfy sofas and a smart TV. From the living room, bifold doors open out onto a private balcony with far reaching views down Mylor Creek. There is a bistro table and chairs for alfresco dining, as well as a small sofa and table for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. The bedroom features a king size Divan bed with cotton bedding and a smart TV on the wall opposite. There is a large wardrobe with ample space for clothes and storage of bags, as well as beach towels should guests wish to make use of these during their stay. Guests will find extra pillows or bedding in the drawers under the bed. The bathroom is modern with power shower over a full sized bath, toilet and sink. Guests also have access to the ground floor outside patio area though the side gate with direct slipway access to the sea on high tide. There is a large table with seating, bbq’s can be used in this area but guests will need to dispose of safely after use. There is also a hose pipe for washing pets and boots off. Guest access Guests will have full access to the first floor apartment, accessing it via the ground floor front door and up a flight of stairs. There is space inside the entrance to store shoes and coats. Guests also have access to the ground floor outside patio area though the side gate with direct slipway access to the sea on high tide. There is a large table with seating, bbq’s can be used in this area but guests will need to dispose of safely after use. There is also a hose pipe for washing pets and boots off.
