Old house, restored and belonging to one of the first farms in the region. Two bedrooms, which comfortably accommodate eight people, living and dining room with fireplace, SKY cable TV. Decorated with some original furniture from the old farm. We provide all bedding and table linen except bath towels. The property has a full kitchen with preserved antique furniture and decorations, a stove, microwave, refrigerator, mixer, blender and all other utensils. The space Sheep breeding and old Remanso stud farm facility fully preserved. Orchard, vegetable garden, chickens and several lakes for fishing, in addition to a small island, known as "Pirate Island", complete the wonderful atmosphere of the place. The Juquiá River passes through the property, with its crystal clear waters, several waterfalls and natural pools. Numerous trails enter the forest, with stunning landscapes (we have a map of the trails available). There are two barbecue areas, the one next to the Haras has an old wood-fired oven and the floor barbecue area. A place for a bonfire and also a hammock area, with an incredible view of the Jiquiá River. It is not necessary to bring charcoal; this is an item produced on site, in an ecological way. Firewood is also available at no additional cost. This Sitio / Farm is for those who love nature and want to help preserve it. Native trees, orchids, and bromeliads, waterfalls, natural pools, trails... impossible not to fall in love with the place. * There are on-site housekeepers in two adjoining houses, who will support everything guests need. The housekeepers on site welcome guests, you can arrange with the housekeeper for help in the kitchen, washing dishes, tidying up and other things, agreeing on the amount directly with them, if you are interested.
