Fully renovated apartment, my accommodation is quiet, bright (south facing) and comfortable. It will allow you to fully enjoy the Paris 2024 Olympic Games: - Arena Porte de la Chapelle within 1 km (15 min) - 20 min to reach Place Concorde & Pont Alexandre III - 30 min to Invalides, Arena Paris Sud, Olympic Village - 45 min to the Aquatic Center & Stade de France The apartment is located in a very lively and cosmopolitan area of Marcadet-Poissonniers. The space My place is in a neighborhood that will allow you to discover its market, bars and restaurants of all kinds. You will discover a real Parisian neighborhood life. The apartment, which can accommodate between 2 and 4 people, is composed of: - a living room with equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, hot plates, microwave/oven, refrigerator). The living room features a double sofa bed - a bedroom with a double bed (enough for ironing), - a bathroom (shower, toilet + washing machine) WIFI available. Linens and towels will be provided. An even faster and more pleasant way to get around in summer Other things to note Supermarket at the foot of the apartment, market Wednesday and Saturday morning on Boulevard Ornano (2 min walk).
