The space The 100 m² basement apartment consists of a spacious living/dining room, a large well-equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer combination, oven, stove, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave), 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can thus comfortably accommodate 2 people. Other amenities of our apartment include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine and a TV. Our vacation home has an on-site pool, garden, garden furniture, an open terrace and a grill. A large pergola ensures that you can choose between sun and shade. Linens, towels, etc. are available in the house. Between 10 pm and 7 am is quiet time. Your vacation apartment is a 10-minute walk from the nearest restaurant, café, bar, supermarket, pharmacy and doctors. The village has several shops and many restaurants. The picturesque beach Playa de las Higuericas is 10 minutes by car (10.8 km) from the apartment. The “Lo Romero” golf course is 3 km away. Alicante Airport can be reached in 60 minutes (80 km). Rent a car at the airport, or we can arrange the transfer to Pinar de Campoverde and the car on site for you.
