"French Nest in the West" is a typical Denver brick house, located in the heart of the city's historic district, Whittier. 2 comfortable and spacious rooms are at your disposal for the duration of your stay. You'll be able to relax in peace and quiet, and enjoy the many activities available in the surrounding area, such as the trendy Rino district, known for its industrial buildings, lively indoor markets, and bars and restaurants with colorful murals. The space You will stay on the second floor, which is entirely yours, ensuring your peace and privacy. The large, bright rooms, with a West American accent in the "Bison Room" and with an air of Colorado's great outdoors in the "Elk Room", both have queen-size beds and can accommodate one or two people. They also feature a desk area, wall-mounted TV, walk-in closet with fridge ; microwave ; electric kettle ; Nespresso coffee machine (you can also use the kitchen equipment on the first floor, such as the coffee maker). Nearby, you'll find a modern bathroom, with a large shower and toilet. (there are also toilets on the first floor). You can also enjoy the living room and kitchen, or relax on the front porch with its swing, or in the backyard around the fireplace. And if you feel like it, you can end your day watching the sun set over the mountains, with a drink at the bar located on the heights of the golf course, 5 minutes from the house. Guest access You can park your car easily and free of charge on the street and in the neighborhood. I'll welcome you once you arrive, or give you information on how to enter the house and get to your rooms. During your stay As you know, during your stay we'll be sharing the same house, and I'll be delighted to welcome you to my home, just as I'll take care to ensure your peace and privacy. For your information, my room is not on the same floor. In the spring of 2023, an 8-month-old Corgi dog named AUSTIN joined my household. He's a sociable little and somewhat shy boy, who knows how to be discreet :) Other things to note I'm passionate about pastries ; if you let me know in advance (even a day or two), I'd be happy to put together a breakfast package featuring homemade French pastries. ----- 1 authorized assistance dog (subject to proof) / or a small dog trained and clean (weight under 25 lbs), for short or medium-term stays.
