Luxurious 24’ Yurt in beautiful half acre garden

Nestled in the Santa Cruz mountains just 4 miles from the beach, 5 miles to Davenport and 9 miles from Santa Cruz (12 minutes by car) sits a magical Yurt situated in a beautiful private fenced half acre garden in Bonny Doon. Experience all that Santa Cruz has to offer then get away from the noise, traffic and bustle of the city and relax in this quiet and peaceful place situated above the fog line. The space The yurt is 450 sq.ft. of living space with multiple glass windows, wood floors and exotic Moroccan rugs. The space is considerably LARGER than it looks in the photos. 24’ diameter and 11’ ceiling. THIS IS A HEATED INSULATED LUXURY ACCOMMODATION. Do not mistake it for a “camping” situation. The newly constructed modern bathroom is detached but only 2 steps from the front door and totally private. Amenities include a small refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster oven, air fryer, insta pot slow cooker, hot plate, Keurig coffee maker, French press coffee maker, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc. Snacks, teas, coffee and a bottle of wine are included. Extra single fold out mattress with sheets and pillows available. There is a lighted patio where you can relax and hang outside with outdoor heater, gas barbecue and a gas griddle available to cook on if you wish. Guest access A parking space will be available for guests right outside the front gate. Other things to note There is a $85 cleaning fee included in your charges. This pays for a thorough cleaning and sanitation between guests. There are no “chores” for guests to do on check out. There is one security camera outside the gate to the property and another just inside the gate. There are no other cameras anywhere near or in the yurt area. IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG: Dogs are welcome. There is an extra $50 fee for your dog to cover additional laundry and cleaning. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR DOG AS A GUEST WHEN BOOKING. On leash or off leash, dogs can play in the garden so long as you keep them under supervision at all times. I understand that dogs need their exercise. There is a beach down the road where you can throw a ball for your dog in an open space. I have a sweet little dog Bibi (see photos) who is free to wander around the property. She is friendly but will likely bark until she gets used to you being there.
