Other things to note A few things worth knowing before you book. 🔇 Quiet hours are the city's rule, and we keep you compliant. The City of Indio enforces quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. No outside noise during those hours. It is the city's ordinance, not our preference, and it falls on whoever is staying when it is broken. Respect it and you will have a great stay. 🎉 No parties or events. Small daytime gatherings are fine. This is a family home in a residential neighbourhood. We are happy to allow small, respectful gatherings of up to 5 daytime guests within your booked headcount. What we do not allow is parties or events. 👥 Max occupancy is 18, and it is permit-bound. We cannot flex on it even if you ask nicely. The City of Indio permit caps it at 18, including approved daytime guests. Children over 2 count. 🪪 Required before check-in: government ID, full guest list, and vehicle details. 🚭 Smoking is the rule we are strictest about. No smoking inside. Smoke damage is irreversible and carries a fee. You can smoke outdoors, but please clean up after yourself and don't cause damages. 🐾 Dogs are welcome. We genuinely like dogs. Up to 3 dogs (more by approval). The first two stay free, a third is $300. Dogs only. 🌡️ Pool heating is included in the cooler months at no charge, at a comfortable 84°F. 🛎️ Outside vendors must be pre-approved and insured. For permit compliance and the neighbours, any outside vendor needs approval before your stay and may carry additional fees or insurance requirements. Message us first and we will let you know what works. 📹 Exterior cameras only. For safety, cameras cover the front entrance, trash area, and pool equipment only. None inside the home or in private areas. 🚗 Parking and street sweeping. 3 driveway spaces plus street parking. Street sweeping is the 4th Thursday of each month, so move cars off the street that morning. No mail delivery (no mailbox access). Registration details 051820
