Condominium is located 3 blocks from the best spot in Praia Grande or a 5-minute walk. There is a wide variety of shops nearby. The apartment has a barbecue grill on the balcony. The space There are two bedrooms, one of them is a suite. These have split air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. There are screens on the bedroom windows. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. Bedroom 1 (suite) has a double bed and 40" smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and two single beds. The living room has a 43-inch Samsung Qled TV, sofa bed and ceiling fan. The apartment has all the items (cutlery, pots, glasses, air fryer, sandwich maker and others) needed for a quiet stay. The building has an elevator. The entrance is open 24 hours. To check in, the key will be picked up at the entrance. I am entitled to one (01) parking space. There are photos of the garage in the ad. The city and neighborhood are very quiet. There is no history of damage to cars left parked on the street. Other things to note There are markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and shops in general nearby (between 5 or 10 minutes walk from the apartment). ➡️ Pets are allowed. You must select them when you make the reservation. Bed linen, pillows and towels are required. ➡️ If you are interested, I will pass on the contact of the company that rents bedding. Payment is made directly to the company and is not included in the daily rate. *** You can have a barbecue at any time as long as you respect the quiet hours (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and do not produce excessive noise during the day. The garage is not ideal for a very large double cab and body truck. No problem for SUVs or Toro models. There's a picture in the ad of a Duster in the garage. The vast majority of people who stay come in groups with 2 or 3 cars and leave them on the street. I've never heard of damage to cars parked on the street. The apartment accommodates 8 people comfortably.
