There is an outdoor private patio with dining table. There are spaces on the property for a picnic. There is plenty of on-site trailer and RV parking. There is space on the property for large outdoor parties with covered barn, available under separate contract. Guest access Guests will have private access to the guesthouse studio and private patio and full access to grounds except for patio areas surrounding owners main house. Other things to note This is a secure and private county location to park work vehicles overnight. Keep your gear safe. Good for workers on assignment in Imperial Valley. There are no neighbors anyplace around. There is plenty of private parking on the property including space to park an RV or vehicle pulling a trailer. Do understand that this is a country farm, there could be dust if the wind kicks up and of course there could be critters like bugs and flying insects depending on time of year.
