My apartment is placed in the core of Havana, just few blocks from Hotel Habana Libre and Hotel Nacional. It is made up of three bedrooms, each one with its private bathroom, two living rooms a dining room, a kitchen and a top roof terrace. It is at the first floor of a classic building which has been just repaired. The apartment counts with air conditioner in all the bedrooms and in one of the living rooms, cold and hot water h 24 and WiFi service. The space Casa Iré is placed in historic repaired building. A part from the apartment, it counts with 5 additional double bedrooms and relative common areas, this makes of Casa Iré a perfect place for groups and big families up to 16 people. The house in comfortable, modern and with all the facilities that guest usually may need. We like to take care of our guests and the communal areas, such as the roof top terrace, provides a good environment to relax and enjoy the Havana life. Other things to note - Upon arrival guests must be registered and provide a valid National or International I.D. or Passport. All guest’s data shall be treated in compliance with applicable privacy rules and may be provided, upon request, to local authorities. You will need to sign the guest register according to local regulations. - Access to accommodations is allowed to registered guests. You are welcome to have a guest who must be registered upon arrival for security reasons. - Check-in time is from 3 pm, whereas check-out time is by 11am (we can be flexible depending on how busy we are). - We do not tolerate any form of prostitution in our Place. If a guest breaches this policy, she/he will be asked to leave immediately. The renting process is strictly personal, so you should report in advantage the number of persons by room and no one else is allowed to stay or to sleep in our place.
