DTLB (walk to beach/downtown)

GREAT location & comfortable amenities! You can walk, bike or grab a scooter to easily get to the beach and all the Long Beach hot spots + easy access to the 710 freeway! The property is equipped with a dishwasher, heat/AC, patio, yard, outdoor BBQ and 2 designated parking spots (a hot commodity in these parts). The space My home is my sacred space and each room is designed with its own relaxing purpose, including a meditation, yoga and dream (sleep) room upstairs, a backyard with comfy spots to relax, read, write or listen to the birds. There is a formal dining room inside as well as an outdoor dining table, where I personally enjoy all my meals. Guest access Guests are free to use all the rooms inside the house along with the outdoor space and driveway behind the garage in the alley. However, since this is my primary residence, all items in closets, drawers and cabinets are off limits, as well as inside the garage. There is some closet/drawer/cabinet space cleared out specifically for guest use though. Other things to note If you need workstations setup or want access to a bike or surfboard, just let me know at the time of booking, so I can leave out for you :)
