Our renovated unit has a remodelled kitchenette and new bathroom.The bathroom also has a washing machine for you to use. The kitchen has a fridge, two burner electric stove top and a 28L Air Fryer Convection Microwave. The space Newly renovated apartment is set inside a classic Sydney terrace house. Located on the top floor (second floor) your fully self contained apartment is for your use only. Sharing a common stairwell with only two other apartments from street level. Once inside your own apartment you will feel fully relaxed and comfortable after a day of traveling. In addition to a well thought out use of space and beautiful decor, this cozy home offers little features throughout which we hope our guests will enjoy as much as we do :) If you have any questions, please feel free to message. Brand new fridge added 17/11/24 Guest access Guests have unlimited access to the entire apartment. You will have full access to apartment number 3 which is a fully self contained studio apartment. Access is via self check in via lockbox which will provide you with your keys. There is a intercom from street level which buzzes the apartment to notify only. For example if you order Ubereats you would need to collect the order at street level. Other things to note Apartment number 3 is on the second level of a terrace house. This is walk up access only (two flights of stairs) If you have issues using stairs or will have trouble taking your luggage up and down stairs then this place might not be suitable for you. This propety backs onto a school. You will hear school students intermittently on school days only and only in school hours. You will be asked to provide photo identification for both guest if you are checking in on the same day as the booking. I clean the apartment myself after every guest vacates the apartment.
