4-star 28 m² studio, on the first floor of our detached house, independent entrance by external staircase. Fully equipped kitchen: induction hobs, oven/microwave combination, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker & Dolce-Gusto coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and WC. 7m2 south/west facing terrace. You can enjoy the garden where there is a table, chairs, and a place to relax. Located 5 minutes from the city center and 5 minutes from the train station. Private parking in front of the house. Dol is located 8 km from the bay of Mont Saint-Michel (Le Vivier/Mer, Cherrueix), and less than 30 minutes from Saint-Malo, Cancale, Mont Saint-Michel, Dinan, Saint-Sulliac. Dol de Bretagne Market every Saturday morning and Tuesday night. Close to the property: Cinema and Aquatic Center. Bowling 5 min drive. Beautiful hikes await you: customs paths on the coast (GR34), Pointe du Grouin, the banks of the Rance ... Possibility of renting mountain or electric bikes on site. Guest access Property located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, close to the city center and all its shops and restaurants. Private parking in front of our house. The TER-TGV station is a 5-minute walk away (direct access Rennes/StMalo/Dinan). Shuttles from the train station serve Mont St Michel. This place isn't accessible to people with disabilities. Other things to note Quality bedding, with extra pillows and duvet available. If you are coming by motorbike or with bicycles, it will be possible to safely store them in our garage. A smoking/coffee break area is provided on the ground floor (smoking is also allowed on the balcony). We have a 2nd studio, so it is possible to consider a reservation for 4 people if they are available simultaneously.
