The west facing bay window allows for plenty of natural light and the apartment is slightly secluded from the rest of the building and exceptionally private and quiet. It features a lovely dining area or workspace for professional guests, and the separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The bathroom has a contemporary suit with a corner bath and overhead shower. It too is fully equipped to cater to all your needs and provide a relaxing comfortable experience during your stay. Location Our apartment is conveniently located near Hove mainline station, with easy access to and from Gatwick airport and London with local and coastal bus routes on the doorstep. The seafront or promenade and cosmopolitan shopping areas are just a short walk away, as are popular bars and restaurants Nestled just a minute's walk from Church Road's vibrant restaurants, cocktail bars, and shops, our apartment is a peaceful sanctuary that feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle. A leisurely 12-minute stroll will take you to the picturesque beach huts lining the shore. Here, you can enjoy the perfect balance of convenience and tranquillity during your stay. Ease of access Upon your arrival and parking in the included bay, the apartment is accessible via a side door with a key safe for seamless arrivals and departures. The side entrance opens to a quaint hallway, leading to both stairs and a lift to the first floor. After a long journey, choose the comfort of a gentle climb or the convenience of a quick lift to transition effortlessly to your tranquil retreat. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and breakfast including an electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The drawers have all the cutlery and utensils you need as well as matching dinner set in the hanging cabinets. There are pots and pans as well as bowls for making a lovely breakfast or meal. A bright dining table situated in a sunny bay window with four wooden dining chairs provides the perfect space to enjoy a delicious meal or relax with a morning coffee and plan your day. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided for your enjoyment after a long flight/journey or to start a busy day. During my travels I found this most comforting and enjoying!!! If you wish to purchase more supplies for your stay, there are many local supermarkets including a Tesco Extra all-night superstore within a 5-minute walk and a smaller Co-op and news cafes/off license. There are many local bakeries, cafes, a gym, barbers/hairdressers, and postal services in and around the flat for your convenience. Sleeping The apartment has a modern murphy double bed with clean modern bedding, a bedside lamp, a long mirror behind the door, a chest of drawers and an open hanging clothes and shoe rail. It provides hooks for your hats or bags or longer dresses/suits for easy access. We provide freshly laundered bedding between each stay. There is a stylish comfortable sofa bed (small double bed size) that could sleep two children under 10, but also for relaxing and watching the wall mounted TV. A travel cot is located underneath the sofa. Bathroom The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a sink and a toilet. Fresh towels (hand towel and bath towel per person) are provided, as well as toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, facial wash, body scrub and moisturizer. There is a hairdryer and iron available as well. The apartment is professionally cleaned, and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer remote access with easy self-check-in and out with 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Access is via a side door from the street. 1 Private allocated parking space at the rear.
