Ocean view condo at Suites Turquesa #131

My property's name is Suites Turquesa #131. Great for snorkeling, diving and swimming. Located in the most quiet and exclusive area of the island. Walking distance to center plaza of town along the romantic Malecon. 15 minutes away to all of the best restaurants and shops. Away from the cruise ships tourism and traffic. There is parking out front for your car rental, you also have a biking and jogging lane separate from the main road. I consider it a privilege for you to choose my property. The space My condo is great for a couple and a third person ( I have a single roller bed for a third person) The couch is not to be used as a bed. No pets are allow on the premises at anytime. At check in you will be ask to sign a document agreeing on the rules and regulations. I will also be sending you an information sheet telling you some details about my place and the building. The keys will be handed to you by my housekeeper/ assistant Diana when you arrive at the property. Diana will quickly show you around so you know were everything is (bikes, common area BBQ grill, exc..).My condo is just one flight of stairs from the main entrance. Workers on the property will help you with your luggage and you don't have to tip them, ( i will). If you plan on using the common area BBQ grill just tell the ladies at the front office and they will help you get started. At the end of your stay just leave the keys on the table and lock the front door on your way out, thats it! Jim Guest access Guest can access the pool area from 6 am until 10 pm. There are no elevators in the building. Please note: My condo is just one flight of stairs from the main entrance. Diana and the staff are more than happy to assist you with your luggage. There is off street parking if you decide to rent a car or scooter. You park at your own risk and never leave anything valuables inside. I am not liable for anything stolen. If you are an experience paddle boarder, I do have a paddle board that you can use as long as you agree to Other things to note Electricity is very expensive on the island. So please turn off the A/C when you leave the condo for more an half an hour, it doesn't take to long to cool down the unit after your return. There is also community BBQ pit down stairs by the pool. If you plan on using the BBQ, just ask a head of time with office staff and they will set you up. I also have two new bikes that you can use to explore the island. Each bike has its own combination chain lock and a poncho under the seat in case it starts to rain. I do not provide bike helmets, so bring you own. I also have a closet in the bedroom with a security lock box for personal personal stuff. Please feel free to text me 24/7 if you have any questions or problems during your stay. The condo has a toaster/ oven. There are two locations to dump your trash. The first one is at the bottom of the stair next to the common area bathroom and the other one is located just outside in front of the main office entrance. Or just ask anyone of the staff!
