The space The Baywood corporate retreat center consisting of the HOUSE and access to CORPORATE OFFICE SPACE is perfectly set up for corporate groups traveling together with lots of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces while also providing the privacy of 8 individual bedrooms, 8 bathrooms (5 en suite bathrooms), and 8 en suite large screen smartTVs for private entertainment and productivity. A ten minute walk downtown gives you access to a large office conference room with all the professional amenities of an office. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, coffee machine. 2 large dining tables, two refrigerators, 2 microwaves, 2 toaster ovens. Each room has high-quality wooden hangers, a luggage rack, a desk and night lamp with USB charging ports, and a direct 1 Gig ethernet connected 50-55 inch smart TV. Two electric car charging ports in the garage. Two outdoor patios. This lower Baywood neighborhood location is great because of the closeness to downtown while still being in a very quiet upscale neighborhood. IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: 1) This is a no-shoes home. Please take off shoes when entering the home 2) Please respect the house rule: no smoking, no pets, no parties, no drugs, and no loud noises after 10pm. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Local law enforcement will and have been called by the neighbors for excessive noise during quiet hours (10pm to 7am) 3) If you’d like to adjust the AC temperature, please use the thermostat located in the hallway just outside the lower-level bedroom. Turn the dial counterclockwise to lower the temperature, or clockwise to raise it. No subsequent action is needed to set the room temperature besides turning the dial. Once set, the room temperature will adjust accordingly. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to the property manager if you need assistance 4) Beyond the number of guests listed in the reservation booking, no one else is allowed on the property without prior written approval 5) Do not tamper with the video cameras. Full 360 exterior cameras are on 24/7 for your safety.
