The space A roomy timber-frame living room includes comfy furniture, TV, desk space, and garden views through big, bright windows. The recently renovated historic kitchen has a full-size stove and refrigerator, coffee-maker, microwave, and other small appliances. It also has access to a lovely screened-in dining porch, as well as an open porch with views all the way to Mount Ascutney. The space features a spacious bedroom with adjoining closet and bathroom, and views of the back yard. Laundry facilities on premises. Guest access The rental space is a newer addition onto a historic, 18th century house. The old part of the house is closed off to guests, and the hosts or their family members may occasionally be spending time there. But all of the porches and gardens are open to guests for their full enjoyment. Other things to note It should be noted that the television is not cable or satellite, just broadcast, and even with that just a few local channels. There is a DVD player and a few discs, but most people come here for the peace and quiet and local scenery, not for the streaming possibilities!
