Star room in residential house

Hello! Welcome! During my travels I have experienced how much I enjoy staying in the homes of locals. That made me enthusiastic about making a bedroom on the first floor available for Airbnb. The room is located in a quiet residential area, not far from De Huet station. The Montferland, Stroombroek recreational lake and the city are close by. Hopefully I'll see you soon and I look forward to your arrival. Ronnie The space The star room was newly furnished in 2023 and is located in a private house. You sleep in a single bed on the street side. The room has a roller shutter. There is a desk with an office chair. The temperature can be controlled via the radiator knob. The house has an energy label B rating and is equipped with solar panels. Guest access You have access to the room, a space in the attic where the washing machine is located and the shared bathroom. By arrangement you can use the kitchen, the room (with television) and the sunny garden with a seating area. During your stay I like to greet people personally, but otherwise I don't show myself much. Contact via the app is easiest. Other things to note I think it is important to mention that another guest may be present and that I may also be at home.
