Other things to note Cleaning of the cabin is done by external company. For this there is a surcharge of NOK 1500, this is already added when booking The cabin is filled with wood, which the tenant can freely use, beyond this the tenant must provide wood for heating. Electricity up to 100kWh (weekend) and 200 KWh (week) is included in the rental price, other consumption is documented and must be paid in arrears according to current electricity prices. A request for NOK 2,000 will be sent out to cover any overconsumption of electricity, beyond what is included in the rent.
