Braithwaite House Rooms is an historical building dating back to the 1600s, offering explorers a cosy rest stop in the heart of Braithwaite village. Themed around the minerals mined nearby in days gone by; we offer the Copper Room; a one bed apartment. The bedroom features a cosy copper wall and provides a cosy retreat during your stay in Braithwaite. Uniquely, the building offers The Village Shop & Tea Room, which sells breakfast, lunch, groceries and gifts. The space This room is perfect for one or two guests; with a modern shower room, a dressing table, small refridgerator, coffee and tea making facilities and a smart TV-all to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guest access You will use a shared front door for the duration of your stay and take a flight of stairs to your room, with another unique door code for your room. Other things to note On the ground floor of Braithwaite House you will find the Village Shop & Tea Room, trading for almost 200 years! Here you’ll find convenience items, groceries & some blooming good grub! Please use the front entrance to the shop & tea room.
