The space Grade II listed Stone Farm House in secluded surroundings reached via a private driveway. Downstairs the property comprises of: Large ground-floor bedroom with a Super King Size bed Large ground-floor double shower room and WC Laundry room with Washer & Dryer Large open plan kitchen diner with log burner 3 reception rooms Upstairs comprises: Super-king master bedroom & ensuite Double bedroom with a double and a single bed Double bedroom with double bed & workspace Large family bathroom with double shower and freestanding bath. Wonderful local pubs nearby in Rushton Spencer and Wincle, which offer great local food and drinks. Please Note: We used to just rent out a room in the property; that's why the wording in previous reviews might be different. We now offer the whole property to stay in Guest access Guest are welcome to use all areas of the house We have plenty of parking for vehicles (even large motor homes are welcome). We are surrounded by our gardens and fields which you are welcome to also make use of. A coffee or breakfast on the patio is a wonderful way to take some time to pause and soak up the views. You will find binoculars and telescopes throughout the property which we are happy for you to use. Take advantage of the beautiful night skies, birds of prey & star gazing. In one of the lounges there are yoga mats, blankets & yoga books for you to use. Other things to note Sally used to just rent out a room in the property, hence the wording in previous reviews, we now offer the whole property to stay in Please be aware that the property is in a remote location Ensure you have the What3Words free app downloaded and any instructions are printed off before you set off on your journey Please keep dogs on a lead, as there is livestock in the surrounding fields We operate a strict no pet policy upstairs on carpets or beds, and linen. Should we discover dog hairs, soiled or damaged areas, we will add extra charges. There are 3 log burners downstairs - feel free to use the one in the kitchen and the one in the room with the piano. Feel free to bring along fuel for the fires for cooler evenings. Please do not use the log burner at the bottom of the stairs as this will interrupt the heating upstairs and turn it off We have lovely tiled floors throughout that have underfloor heating.
