Summer '25 rental of 4-bedroom home on Dead Shot Bay of Big Detroit Lake. This fully furnished townhome features two fireplaces, a hot tub, sauna, pool and pontoon docked on Big Detroit and is adorned with granite countertops, wood/slate/tile floors and hickory cabinets/trim. Six sliding glass doors provide a beautiful view of the bay, in addition to seamless access to the outdoors. Prior to HOA ban on vacation rentals, home rented for $4k/wk ($48K/summer). Reduced to $21K for summer of '25. Other things to note This home rented for $4,000/wk as a vacation rental. However, our neighborhood imposed a 90 day minimum requirement. Consequently, we are renting the home for the entire summer.
