The space WHAT TO EXPECT: The villa can accommodate six guests and features two air-conditioned rooms. One of the rooms is equipped with a queen-size bed, while the second room is furnished with two double beds. Additionally, the villa includes two toilet and bathrooms—one indoor and one outdoor. Both toilets have bidets. Guests can enjoy two bedrooms, the patio, the living room, as well as indoor and outdoor dining areas and kitchens. The outdoor kitchen serves as the dirty kitchen. APPLIANCE: - refrigerator - rice cooker - electric kettle - gas stove - toaster - hair dryer - 55 inches television - electric fans - charcoal grill KITCHENWARE: - plates and bowls - glasses and mugs - utensils - kitchen knife and scissors - chopping board - bottle opener - condiments Available upon request: - extension cord - adaptor - emergency light - hangers - basic toiletries, towels, bedding NOTE: * There is a designated space on the premises for barbecue activities. * You can purchase a range of beverages and other items at the villa. * In the event of a power outage, the property is equipped with a backup generator. * Kindly note that there may be limited grocery options in the area, so we recommend bringing your preferred groceries to ensure a seamless and personalized culinary experience during your stay PRE CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS Upon confirming your booking, kindly provide the full names of all guests who will be checking in. Only individuals whose names have been officially endorsed will be permitted entry to the property. All guests must furnish valid identification, with passports required for foreign visitors and any government-issued ID for local guests. Access to the property will only be granted to guests who fulfill all requirements. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of P2,000 is required prior check-in. This is fully refundable upon check out provided there are no damages incurred during your stay. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in time is at 2 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.
