Other things to note - The house is located on a 3.5-hectare plot, rich in forest, flora and native Chilean fauna, bordering 300 meters of estuary shore. - The access road to the house takes about 15 minutes off the highway, at the "El Horno" stop, on the road to Cabrero coming from Concepción. The composition of this road is mixed between rippled and natural. - The store closest to the house is a country business where you can find various products. It is located 6 minutes away by car, 25 minutes away by foot. Then to find a greater level of supply of food and other products, the nearest Minimarket is located in the town of Tomeco, about 25 minutes by car. - The plot is a natural enclosure in which we live with our pets (dogs) - The property has ample parking next to the house - The access road to the accommodation is irregular in its final 2-kilometer stretch, so it becomes an essential condition to access in vehicles with 4-wheel drive or, failing that, with a higher floor clearance and suitable for off-road conditions.
