Spacious single-family home in quiet family area within walking distance to Bymarka, grocery store and public transport (20 min with bus to the city center). The accommodation has all necessary amenities, including parking space, garage and storage room. I live there on a daily basis with my two children, so the home will be furnished with private belongings. The space The house is on three floors, including a basement apartment that is currently occupied by a tenant. Separate entrance for the apartment. The 1st floor consists of a hallway with toilet, kitchen, living room and exit to the porch and lawn. The 2nd floor consists of a bathroom and three bedrooms. Bedroom 1: large double bed (180 cm) Bedroom 2: large double bed (160 cm) Bedroom 3: Single bed (if necessary, the landlord can offer mattresses on the floor) The bathroom contains a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is heated with wood burning and heat pump. NB. decor may differ somewhat from the photos (especially bedrooms that have been given new beds) Other things to note It is not desirable with outgoing partying and noise as this is a quiet area.
