Simple house, located on the paradisiacal beach of Japaratinga, with four en-suites, swimming pool, barbecue area and large green area. The house is complete with all appliances and utensils for the home. It is close to the ferry that gives access to the municipality of Porto de Pedras and is approximately 9 km from the center of Japaratinga. Note: - All rooms have air-conditioning; - We do not offer bath towels; - We do not provide sun umbrellas and beach chairs; - The electricity bill must be paid at checkout. -Wifi The space Our house is approximately 100 meters from the beach, the entire house is surrounded by fruit trees. We have a lawn in front of and to the side of the house where you can set up hammocks. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas. Other things to note - All rooms have air-conditioning; - We do not offer bath towels; - We do not provide umbrellas and chairs to take to the beach. - Pool maintenance is performed on alternate days; - Always check for additional guest availability; CONSCIOUS USE: - When leaving the environment, turn off the lights, television and air-conditioning. Always keep the sink faucet closed. - The air-conditioning must be used with the windows properly closed. The energy charged will be calculated according to consumption, through the difference of the initial and final measurements on the house clock multiplied by the kwh value of the municipality. The KWH value is R$ 1.00. For example: if the consumption is 40 kWh, the total amount to be paid must be 40 x 1.00 = R$ 40.00.
