The space Feature Stone is a newly refurbished property by Somerset Stays. It has been a real labour of love for us and we really hope you enjoy the space we have created throughout the property. Entrance to the flat is at the rear of the property, away from the pavement. Up the metal steps you are greeted by our black front door with the key safe to the side. Entering through the front door, immediately is the utility area with a separate washing machine and tumble drier, further in to the property you will reach the hallway which has the bathroom off to the right. Ahead of you is the doorway into the kitchen and living room. From the living room at the front of the property is the second bedroom which is again fitted with a king sized bed. Back into the hallway and up the stairs you will find the workstation and next to this is the larger of the two bedrooms which has a built in wardrobe, king size and single bed. Parking is either directly on the roadside outside the flat (please note this is restricted during the day) or at the free car park 2 minutes away. Castle Cary is a great town to visit, whether you explore the quirks of the town itself and its great shops, pubs and restaurants or use it as a base to explore the local area, make sure you stay in comfort at Feature Stone Guest access We use key safes and operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please. Other things to note FIRST FLOOR FLAT *Please note flat is located on the first floor - guests must climb stairs RULES: *Parties are not permitted at this property. *Violating house rules, including hosting parties, will result in immediate eviction without a refund, your deposit may be used towards the extra costs in removing you. Quiet hours after 10 pm must be respected in this quiet area *Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A £1,000 fee will be charged for cleaning and damage if evidence of smoking is found to cover the associated cleaning and damage to the property. *Loud music, parties, and indoor smoking will trigger immediate eviction due to our noise and air monitoring systems. *For stays over a week, additional housekeeping is available for an extra fee. Completion of our online check-in form is required, including agreement to our T&Cs, providing a UK photo ID or passport, and a £200 card pre-authorisation for potential damages. No charges will be made unless there is evidence of damage, loss, or rule violations at checkout. PARKING: Parking is provided free of charge either on the road outside of the property (16.00-10.00) or in the public car park 2 minutes walk away (unrestricted).
