Studio in a charming house

We offer a nice 42 m2 studio in a quiet house, located just behind the Oriental Park. This one is a 5 min drive as well as the city center and amenities. Cholet is about 15min away and Parc du Puy du Fou is 30min away. From the house, a hiking trail is accessible to get to the top of the aqueduct to enjoy the view of the oriental park. The space The space is equipped for 4 and includes: - 1 living space with a bedroom area including a double bed, a kitchen area with fully equipped stove and a living room composed of 2 banquettes convertible into 2 single beds. - 1 shower room with shower - 1 toilet - 1 terrace with garden furniture and gas plancha Sheets and bath linen are provided. You will find all the necessary supplies to start your stay (sopalin, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, shower gel etc.). Guests can enjoy the garden area equipped with a swing and basketball basket. Vehicles can be parked under the covered courtyard. We provide 2 adult mountain bikes (equipped with child seats if needed). We can provide high chair, bed and baby sunbed upon request. Our washing machine and dryer can be provided. An electric vehicle charging station is also available for a fee. Guest access The entire garden and your private terrace are at your disposal.
