The space Beautiful 3-level villa with a capacity for up to 8 people. 1st floor consisting of a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room, 1 guest bathroom without a shower and a laundry area (washer and dryer) On the second floor you will find 2 rooms, each with a separate bathroom: Bedroom 1 (with balcony): One king bed. Bedroom 2: Two twin beds. On the 3rd floor, you will find 2 rooms, each with a separate bathroom: Room 3 (with balcony): One king bed. Room 4 (with balcony): two twin beds *Baby crib not available at the moment **Elevator NOT available. All rooms have a private bathroom, closet, and TV so that you, your family, and/or guests can enjoy the privacy, comfort, and harmony of each space. Three (3) balconies in total, connected to the rooms (second and third floors), overlooking the street or the trees. One of them has furniture to enjoy the sun or simply to change the atmosphere. Outdoor terrace with barbecue (subject to fee) and dining furniture. **** You will find some stains on the living room furniture due to natural wear and tear, and a stain on the carpet on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Despite the above, you can be sure that the furniture and carpets in the house are completely clean and disinfected, which is done before every check and every 3 months through a professional cleaning company. *RING Video Doorbell installed on the front door NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO CIGARETTE. HOUSE RULES 1. No food or drink of any kind is permitted on the beds or in the carpet area. 2. The use of outdoor shoes is not permitted in the carpet area. 3. Use towels and bedding properly to avoid permanent stains. For example, DO NOT use them to remove makeup, clean shoes, or any other product that causes permanent stains. Please note that a $20 fee will apply for each stained item. 4. Smoking is not allowed inside the house and/or the preparation of food that generates excessively strong odors. Violation of this rule results in additional cleaning costs to be paid by the guest. 5. Take out the trash daily and leave it in the bin located at the entrance of the house's front door 6. Do not leave doors and windows open to prevent insects from entering the house 7. No parties allowed You will be staying in someone else's home, so treat it with care and respect. Any breach of the house rules that causes damage to the property, its structure or its internal objects will result in additional charges. AMENITIES We provide some complimentary items for the first night, but the guest is responsible for having their own supplies. Our basic kit for 1 night contains the following, and supplies will not be replenished: - 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom - 1 shampoo per bathroom (hotel size) - - 1 hand soap per bathroom (hotel size) - 1 mini dish detergent - 2 dishwasher capsules - 1 dish sponge - Additional garbage bags We strongly recommend that you keep the above in mind and that you and your family bring any additional items to enjoy your stay even more. Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi access. KITCHEN TIPS: The stove runs on propane gas. Be sure to leave all burners off during your stay at the accommodation and when checking out. GRILL RULES - BBQ: PROPANE GAS ONLY. There is a flat fee of $80 for using the gas grill in the summer kitchen. Please be respectful of the area and clean up after yourselves. Our grill is A GAS GRILL ONLY. REFRAIN from using charcoal on the grill, as this will damage the grill or break it. Any evidence of charcoal use will result in a $500 fee. BBQ Rental $80 All Stay – Optional INFORMATION ABOUT MAGIC VILLAGE SERVICES (pool and gym) The resort (community where the property is located) charges $107 per day (for the entire group, not $107 per person) to use the services that include the pool and recreation area, as well as the gym, these are controlled by a card. (IT IS OPTIONAL) For the specific day you wish to use these services, they will provide a bracelet for everyone in your group. You will need to go directly to the front desk during their operating hours from 8 am to 12 pm (every day) to pay and set this up. This amount is not at the discretion of the owner/host, nor does the latter benefit in any way from this charge. PETS: No pets, no animals allowed for guests (except service animals). therefore, any animal odor, hair left in the accommodation will be discovered by the housekeys and/or subsequent guests. The guest is responsible for a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500 plus damage repairs, loss of rent, and a resort fine if there is a breach or damage caused by keeping a pet at the accommodation. Guest access This vacation home is located in Magic Village Yards in Kissimmee, FL, a gated, quiet, and safe community. Guest access *PARKING: Free!! *GATE: Magic Village Resort is securely gated. Password is required to enter the community (this will be provided prior to your arrival) *SECURITY: There are security cameras at each entrance, and the streets are monitored by security guards at night.
