The space On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen have a common area, and there is a passage from the living room to the indoor pool. The villa and pool area have underfloor heating, and there is also air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The pool is heated and provides comfort in winter. The villa has three floors and there is a European toilet and bathroom on each floor. On the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom with a wide usage area and a jacuzzi. On the 3rd floor, there are 2 rooms. One room has two single beds that can be combined, a bedside table and a wardrobe. The other room has a corner sofa and is designed as a relaxation room. Its garden offers a different living space, and there is an open garage in the garden. Atakum Municipality Social Facilities are located opposite our villa, and there are children's playgrounds, activity and sports areas. It is a 10-minute drive from shopping malls in Atakum. It is 650 meters away from the sea. Guest access All parts of the villa can be used by guests.
