Entire Private Guesthouse - No Shared Spaces

Our Stafford Street Studio is a short 15-min drive from the Wollongong CBD. With every detail thoughtfully designed to feel like home, we offer a completely private and cosy suburban escape. Detached from the main house, this is a spacious deluxe studio with an exclusive bathroom. You'll have the whole space to yourself. Features include off-street parking, a private entrance, quality bed linen, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning – we have created a secluded oasis from the outside world. The space Stafford Street Studio is a retreat with the comforts of home…a warm and relaxed interior with gorgeous design touches; and lots of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The studio is a large 25m2 room, suitable for up to two adults. The kitchenette has a bar fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, and toaster. The room has insulation in the walls, ceiling, and floor – making our split-cycle air conditioner even more effective when heating/cooling the space while minimising external noise. The queen bed offers a luxurious, 5-star sleep experience, featuring a plush pillowtop layered over gel-infused Visco memory foam and gel-infused latex, all supported by a premium 5-zone pocket spring system for tailored support and pressure relief. The bed is dressed in crisp, high thread count linen, and topped with three different pillow options and a Snuggledown 80/20 White Goose Down quilt—lightweight yet exceptionally warm, with a feather-soft feel that gently cocoons you for a peaceful, refreshing night's sleep…in other words – we take the comfort side of things very seriously and the bed is amazing! Our wall-mounted smart TV includes all the streaming services you love, Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Binge, Max, Paramount+, Spotify, and Prime Video, plus it has Apple AirPlay, so you can stream from your Apple devices. The bathroom has an easy access shower with a wide rain head and user-friendly shower wand. Enjoy getting ready for the day using our locally sourced polished wooden vanity. We provide a selection of breakfast items, snacks, water, milk, filtered water jug, coffee pods and a Nespresso Essenza Mini Solo Capsule coffee machine. We also have an 'in-care you forgot' basket with helpful items such as band-aids, toothbrushes, toothpaste and sanitary pads. Guest access The room has a private entrance for guests (see floor plan in photos). The entrance comes off the deck, outside the studio (Airbnb room), which is exclusively for guests use during their stay. The Airbnb studio is located between two private residence and a home office. We’ve taken a number of measures to soundproof the studio, making the room as quiet as possible, but please be mindful to keep loud noise to a minimum from 10pm to 7am each night. There are two small steps to get up onto the deck, there is another small step between the hallway and the bathroom. See photos for reference. Other things to note Our Airbnb is not designed for cooking, but we have included a microwave, kettle, bar fridge and toaster in the room to assist with simple meal preparation. Unfortunately, there is no access to a kitchen, stove, or oven. The only sink available is the one in the bathroom. Our studio is not designed for babies or small children. The room has one queen sized bed. We don’t have a cot, highchair, or baby change table facilities. We do have a washing machine and dryer on site, but it’s not included as part of our Airbnb amenities. Please contact us via the Airbnb listing if you would like to arrange to do a load of washing.
