Security deposit will be returned within 24 hours after check-out. HOMESTAY RULES :- ✔- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the house. Make sure the homestay is the same as when you checked in when you check out. ✔-Please dispose of garbage in the garbage room facing the 3rd floor elevator when checking out. ✔- No pets allowed. ✔- Only Muslims and mahrams are allowed to stay at the homestay. ✔- If a booking is received from a Muslim but the homestay guest is a non-Muslim, the homestay management reserves the right to refuse the booking at any time. ✔- No smoking inside the homestay and on the homestay balcony ✔- No bringing in Durian fruit ✔- Take care of the house and facilities provided as if it were your own home. Carefully maintain the home's furnishings, as they are. ✔- No stealing, taking & damaging equipment in the house. Any damage will be subject to a surcharge, theft will be reported to the authorities. ✔- Use the amenities provided in a prudent manner. Turn off lights, fans and air conditioners when not in use. ✔- Maintain neighborhood etiquette and respect the rights of neighbors in the Homestay environment. Avoid making noise. ✔- Bathroom ~ Avoid throwing anything (especially women's towels) into the toilet bowl to prevent it from clogging. ✔ The homestay management may change these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. ✔swimming pool usage time from 8am - 9pm only. ✔Please make sure to wash clothes in the laundry room provided below. Do not enter the elevator while wet for safety P/s :- 1. The price charged is for basic cleaning only (change of sheets and trash) 2. If a child is found to have wet the bed, spilled food on the sofa, mattress and carpet, an additional charge will be charged.
