This cozy and comfortable studio is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Nice, opposite the prestigious "Galerie Lafayette", a 3-minute walk to the beach and the "Promenade des Anglais", a 3-minute walk to the famous "Old Nice" and a 2-minute walk to the "Nice Etoile" shopping center.
