The space On the ground floor, there is a double living room with a large dining table and sofa area with a 43" Smart TV, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, pod coffee maker) that overlooks a large terrace overlooking the pool equipped with a bioclimatic pergola and furnished with a table for outdoor lunches and dinners. Upstairs, there are three cozy and spacious bedrooms, two double and one with a bunk bed and an additional single bed with a possible 4th pull-out bed, for a total of 8 beds. The environment is completed by a comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower, an anti-bathroom with laundry area (washing machine and dryer) and a terrace, furnished with armchairs and sofa, overlooking the sea and the pool. The outdoor spaces for exclusive use are enriched by a large garden with typical Mediterranean plants that houses a charming swimming pool (8mx5m) equipped with a patio, hammock and sun loungers. A ping pong table and basketball hoop are also available. The presence of stairs inside the property and various differences in height in the garden surrounding the house make the proposed solution unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.
