The space This 3-bedroom, 2.1-bathroom home welcomes you with tasteful decor, plush furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for your culinary adventures. The main level of the home is open-concept and has a glorious view of the Fox River and epic sunrises and sunsets. The living room has streaming services for local football games & movie nights, a dining area that seats six, and a kitchen with ample seating at the island and breakfast bar. A powder room and mudroom are located on this level for your convenience. Three bedrooms and the laundry are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, Roku T.V., an en-suite, and a gorgeous view of the river. Another large bedroom is on the street side of the home and has a queen-sized bed, desk, Roku T.V., and a private sitting area. The third, smallest bedroom, has a full-size bed and is located near the laundry & hall bathroom. Outside, you'll find a deck and blue slate patio with a dining table, and outdoor furniture, including a solo stove for chilly evenings under the stars. Several lounge chairs are available for your convenience. If weather and boat traffic allow, have some fun & get a workout in while you explore the Fox River from the two kayaks and stand-up paddle boards kept on site! The homes in the neighborhood are built close together and on warm, sunny days, many will be outside enjoying the nice weather. If privacy is what you're looking for, the view is just as good enjoyed from the kitchen and couch indoors! Sorry, due to the proximity to the water, no pets or children under the age of 12 are allowed. Other things to note Explore the scenic beauty of Fox River Grove with a leisurely walk to Picnic Grove Park! Located just down the street is a picturesque stretch of the Fox River with sand volleyball courts, a sled hill with a stunning view, and weather permitting, boats beached with their patrons lounging and swimming. You'll be charmed with the quintessential small-town feel! A paved path meanders through the park and will lead you to Ski Hill Road, home of the Norge Ski Jump! Norge is the oldest continuously run ski club in the U.S.! The Norge Ski Club prepares athletes for Olympic-level competition in the sport of Ski Jumping. In 2022, they sent 3 athletes to compete in the Beijing Olympics! It's a sight to see no matter what time of the year. If your group is active you'll love the area's forest preserves with open green space and miles of well-appointed bike and walking trails. Convenience is key - A beautiful Jewel grocery store and several great casual restaurants are located minutes away. You'll find Sushi and Mexican, and just down the street is the popular Dead End Bar & Grill (unassuming, but great food!). Downtown Cary is 1.5 miles down Northwest Highway and is home to award-winning restaurants. Many fine dining establishments are located nearby and your Doordash options are endless! This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the front of the home, camera 2 is located on the back of the home.
