Watch the sun set and rise in the south end of New Smyrna Beach. This is the beautiful & quiet part of NSB with no beach driving. The cozy unit is in between the ocean and river... about a minute walk in either direction. Enjoy ocean views from the living room or river views from the bedrooms and patio. In the warm months, you will almost always see manatees and dolphins in the river. Walk to the famous JB's Fish Camp! The unit is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is an upstairs unit with no elevator. There is no lobby or elevator. This is a quiet community so no parties or large gatherings. Two bedrooms with queen beds and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have cable tv. The living room has cable, Netflix and Prime. Perfect for two couples or a small family. Please note this is not a hotel, it is our personal home away from home. We are excited to welcome others who will care for it as we do. If you need additional space out neighbors rent as well just message us. Community Pool, fishing docks, beach, shuffleboard. There is a park next door with tennis, volleyball, fishing dock and playground. Walking distance to JB's Fish Camp where you can rent paddleboards and kayaks. The washer & dryer are coin-operated by the pool just behind the unit. As often as they need No beach driving on this part of the beach. Next to a park w/ lifeguard. This quiet complex features a large pool, shuffleboard, grills, laundry, several docks & excellent fishing. You must notify us in advance if you plan to use the grill - a code is required. Car, uber, walk, paddle, boat This is a quiet community with many full time residents. No parties or large gatherings please. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the patios. Groups of more than four may be considered on a case by case basis. Please communicate this to the host prior to booking. While we hope that our guests enjoy this place to it's fullest, we take every measure possible to protect the interests of our guests and neighbors. Excessive noise, exceeding occupant level, parties, smoking or any lack of respect towards the neighbors may result in cancellation. The person renting the unit MUST attend the visit and remain on property during the scheduled stay. Renting the unit on others behalf is not allowed. Should the primary renter not be able to stay with the party/ scheduled guests, then the reservation will need to be canceled and rescheduled at a later day and time. Quiet time begins at 10pm and ends at 8am at which time all guests are expected to keep all noise to a minimum.
