The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place, as it is practically next to ExpoGramado where major events in the city take place! In addition to being just 4 minutes (by car) from Rua Coberta. It is also close to a street that leads to Canela quickly and with little traffic. There is a pharmacy and market very close by, too! The accommodation has a full kitchen for six people, a living room with TV and fan; two en-suite bedrooms with bathrooms and a closet. The space The space contains a full kitchen for six people that includes: a refrigerator, stove, oven, barbecue grill, thermal kettle, set of pots, glasses, cups, plates and cutlery. The room has a TV and fireplace; we do not provide items to light the fireplace, nor firewood. It still does not have air-conditioning, but it has a fan if it is too hot (difficult for Gramado, as it is a cold region). It has a social bathroom near the living room. The first bedroom has a double bed, shower and private closet. The second bedroom is larger and has a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, i.e., whoever sleeps in this bedroom needs to be willing to sleep together. It also has a closet and a private bathroom. We provide bed linen, a bedspread, bath and face towels, and dish towels for the kitchen. There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms, but not in the living room area. There is a fireplace and fan in the living room to “replace” it, since the weather in Gramado is mild. It has a parking space. Guest access The guest will only have access to the apartment and garage if necessary.
