Interior, yard, and amenities are completely separate and exclusively yours. Oak Leaf provides the privacy of a home with the convenience of a central location—a comfortable base for exploring, working, or simply unwinding. Guest access Guests staying at Oak Leaf have exclusive access to their side of the duplex, including the fully fenced backyard, private patio, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. The only shared areas between the two units are the trash bins, front porch, and driveway. If you’d like to book both sides of the duplex for a group stay, just let us know — we’re happy to help coordinate that. You’ll enjoy full privacy inside and in your backyard. We simply ask that you remain considerate if you happen to see guests staying on the neighboring side. For security and operations: -The shed outside and a locked cabinet inside are reserved for the cleaning team. -Neighboring homes are visible from the backyard — please review exterior photos for context. -The hot tub is kept locked between stays, and a lock code is provided to you before your stay. Other things to note 🐾 PET RULES -Pets are welcome with pre-approval and a $60 fee per pet, per stay (up to 2 dogs; no cats). -Please share your pet’s breed and weight when booking. -This fee helps cover additional cleaning (Airbnb keeps 15.5%). -All pets, ESAs, and service animals require an Animal Addendum via our Guest Rental Agreement. -Unauthorized animals may result in eviction or added fees. • Pets must be listed on the reservation and approved before arrival. • Dogs must be potty-trained and non-destructive. • No excessive barking or unattended pets. • Pick up waste and keep pets off beds. • Extra cleaning or damage fees may apply. **Per Colorado law, emotional-support animals are not considered service animals and fees apply. 🛁 HOT TUB -The hot tub may be locked between guest stays for safety. -Access is provided once the Guest Rental Agreement & Safety Waiver are signed. -Use is not guaranteed and may be unavailable for refilling, maintenance, or weather beyond our control.
