Dog-friendly cottage, 3* tourism, 200 m from the forest.

A single-story house with a nice fish pond, swimming pool and BBQ. Peaceful environment, conducive to settling down. A bright main room with a kitchen area and a living room. A modular bedroom with 2 beds or one large bed. In the living room a new sofa bed with a "real" mattress for a comfortable third bed. Your dog companions are welcome. They have a space of their own, and if they know how to coexist with others, they are welcome on the main grounds. The space A bright, single-story house next to mine. The accommodation received 3 tourist stars in January 2024 for hosting 2 people. Capacity: 2 people in the master bedroom and an additional sleeping potential of one or two people in the sofa bed in the living room. - The bedroom: A modular bedroom with two single beds or a double bed, depending on your preferences. - Extra bed: A sofa bed, 140 x 190, with a real mattress for another quality bed. - The private garden: Relax in your own outdoor space. Blue garden furniture, a parasol and a hammock... Your dog, if you have one, will be safe. - Outdoor garden furniture for meals, in front of the fish pond and its bucolic waterfall. - A shared swimming pool: Enjoy our swimming pool (Chlorine, 10 x 5) on the main grounds, accessible from 10 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm. - A barbecue: A hard barbecue is available for perfect grilling. Guest access You have access to parking on the grounds. A separate entrance for your house. This one is adjoining mine. You have access to: a private part of the garden, and the large garden in which I can be found (2200 m2 of land). Hard BBQ at your disposal. Non-private swimming pool of 10 m by 5 m accessible between 10 am and 12:30 pm and between 3 pm and 7 pm. Other things to note The fish pond is not protected. Also the house is not suitable for young children (under 10 years old). I lend you bicycles (and locks, including an electric bicycle. A deposit will be requested, and I am counting on you to report any damage. Your dog companions are welcome at no extra charge. They just have to respect the tranquility of our dogs. Our gîte has been awarded the Qualidog 4 truffles label by the Emmenetonchien organization. We are very proud of it. We also offer a dog-sitting service for your own dog in case of an impossible getaway for him... The only requirement: to set our agendas in advance, and a contribution to the dog-sitting fee of 10 euros/day.
