The Farm is a place to connect and experience Costa Rica. This 300 hectare private Villa is surrounded by jungle with ocean views. We cater to large groups and events working closely with Swell Costa Rica the best event planner in Guanacaste. The owner has cultivated this farm for 30 years. Mature fruit trees, hiking, waterfalls and gardens to enjoy Playa Lagarto, Avellanas, Negra, Marbella are all a 15 min drive and Tamarindo is 25 min Electric gate and 24/7 guard for safety. The space Original Hacienda style with modern updates including restaurant grade kitchen equipment and two kitchens. Two story yoga studio, pool table, cold plunge and huge infinity pool. Upstairs the second story of original main house has a large king suite with bath shower combo and about 700 sqft total with two twin beds or sitting area and living room with an 80 inch tv. Just outside room is a rosewood wrap around porch with large dining table, sitting area with two lounge chairs, pool table, bar, cocktail table, hammocks, king size outdoor bed. The porch has 360 degree views of the jungle, ocean and pool. Upstairs living room and kitchen are an open concept with a king loft overlooking on third floor. First floor downstairs has 4 large king suites with their own terrace. 2 rooms have jungle views and the other 2 have pool and ocean view. In 2023 a new King suite was built with all the modern luxuries in mind. A new soaking tub and separate shower. This room has spectacular views and is about 800 sq ft. The new suite has its own LARGE terrace with 3 twin outdoor beds or sitting area. Ocean and jungle views in every direction. Below is our 2nd kitchen and dining area. Some upgrades in 2023 as well. This is where everyone gathers and enjoys the cool starry nights, bbq and fire pit. If you hire a chef and live music it’s even better with Swell Costa Rica.
