Come and stay in a stylish home perfect for multi-generational families, with plenty of living space, a large, sunny garden and outdoor heated swimming pool. This relaxed, creative home is ideal for family stays in Jersey and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms (two ensuites) and a downstairs toilet. Available for shorter stays, or slightly longer periods, welcome to your Jersey home-from-home. The space Our home is tucked away in a peaceful part of Jersey - right in the centre of the island so you're only ever 15 minutes away from your destination! We love the spacious and airy open plan living in this modern artistic home - and we're sure you will too. It's perfect for small groups or multi-generational families, with everyone getting their own space. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Superking bed, vaulted ceiling, ensuite shower room, dressing table, hanging rail for clothes + hairdryer. Bedroom 2: Kingsize bed, wardrobe, vintage leather couch and ensuite shower room. Sliding door access to the garden. Bedroom 3: Double bed, Apple TV on the wall (with game controllers), wardrobe. Bedroom 4: Small double bed, vaulted ceiling, wardrobe, desk and chair. Bedroom 5: Single bed, clothes hooks and chair. All the bedrooms have their own individual character, and there's plenty of bathrooms, from the two ensuites to the house bathroom with a bath and a wc on the ground floor. The house is ideally suited for families, groups or multi-generational families, so that grandparents, parents and children can all stay together, with everyone having their own space. There's parking here for 2-3 cars, and we have a Land Rover Defender 90 which seats 6 (bench seats in the back), and if you'd like to rent that also while you're here, just let us know. It's a very easy home to live in and we know you'll feel at home here too. The garden is like an extension of the house, with terraces for sunbathing, a big gas BBQ (Everdure by Heston Blumenthal - so good to cook on) and a large pergola with outdoor dining table. And of course the heated outdoor swimming pool, which gets the sun all day and is a perfect spot to relax with a cocktail in hand! For those who want to catch up on a bit of work while they're here, we have gigabit wifi (superfast) and plenty of spacious places to work through our home, including a office room upstairs. The wifi also stretches into the garden, with the pergola making an ideal outdoor workspace! The lounge / kitchen and diner is open plan - with underfloor heating. At one end is the large kitchen with dining table for 8 comfortably - although we have been known to squeeze quite a few more around it! At the other end, a huge couch with Apple TV, Netflix etc and sound system. Lounge lighting and music (Spotify / BBC etc) is controlled via an iPad. We love cooking, so the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need - Smeg oven, grill and hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, along with plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery etc, and all the essentials, tea, coffee, spices, condiments etc. Plus of course Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, sandwich toaster, blender, kettle etc etc. In the utility room, washing machine, drying racks, beach blankets and more. Welcome pack provided with coffee, tea, treats and ingredients for your first meal. In colder months, the house is a real sanctuary, with underfloor heating throughout the lounge, as well as a built in real log fire (behind glass) between the TV and dining areas - ideal for cosy evenings in (and the snooze factor). Please note - The outdoor swimming pool is normally closed for the winter from October until the weather warms up! Guest access We want you to feel at home in our home, so apart from removing some of our personal items - you have the run of the house, garden and pool! We'll supply everything you need, including a welcome pack and guide to the surrounding areas. Other things to note Well-behaved pets are very welcome here! The garden is gated, so it's secure for small dogs.
