Although compact, it offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The practical and well-organized kitchenette is equipped with a sink, induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all the essentials for preparing or reheating meals. Inside the studio, there is a table where you can comfortably enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. On pleasant days, you can also dine outdoors in the garden, surrounded by greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to its east-facing orientation, the studio is bright in the morning and pleasantly cool in the afternoon. For moments of relaxation, you can unwind in the garden or take a refreshing dip in the pool, perfect on warm summer days. Guest access During your stay, you'll have full access to your private studio and all its amenities. You can relax in the garden, enjoy meals at your outdoor table, and make use of the shared pool and surrounding lounge area with sun loungers. Guests can also enjoy BBQ facilities, a private parking space, and bicycles available for use. During your stay I live on the property in a separate studio, discreetly available should you need any assistance or local recommendations. The ground floor is divided into three units: two studios for Airbnb guests and the owner’s private apartment. The garden surrounds the house, and each accommodation has a private entrance located in different areas of the property, ensuring privacy and peace for all guests. The garden and swimming pool are shared spaces available for guests to enjoy. There is also a friendly cat living freely on the property.
