Situated in a lush and tranquil neighbourhood, at walking distance from gorgeous nature, parks and the historical centre of Haarlem. We are also 5 minutes away from a lake in the dunes used for swimming all year round, 25 minutes by bicycle from Bloemendaal and Zandvoort beaches and 20 minutes by car from Amsterdam or Schiphol airport. The space Our home is decorated with a mix of antiques, modern design and vintage furniture. You will find loads of books to read, a fully equipped kitchen, urban garden and five bikes at your disposal (2 of which are electric). We live in a drive-in home, which means the living room and kitchen are on the first floor. Homes are quite small in the Netherlands, and space is rare to find, which is why we appreciate the lovely treetop view from the living room. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, and there are two bedrooms on the top floor. The house is perfect for 6 people, but it is possible to book for 2 extra people for an additional fee. The house offers free and ample parking on the street, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one separate toilet, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, separate dining area, laundry room, patio garden with fireplace and outdoor heating, outdoor eating area, and outdoor lounge area. We have two freezers: a large freezer in our outdoor starge area and a small freezer in the kitchen. Hop on one of our five bikes (stored in our front garden) and tour the city or countryside, or go for a swim in a nearby swimming pool, lake or the beach! Or... just stay home, relax, and stroll along the town. We have a dog and a cat, we will take the dog with us when we leave, but the cat will stay and will love the attention he gets from visitors.
